Hailee Waldvogel (She/Her) is a Clinical Social Worker and believes in a compassionate and strengths-based approach when it comes to therapy. She graduated with her Master’s degree from Boise State University, and her undergrad from Utah Valley University. She specializes in anxiety, depression, faith transitions, LGBTQIA+ experiences, eating disorders, self-harm, and a variety of mental health difficulties utilizing Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Inner Child Work, and a Compassionate/Strengths-Based approach. Her stance on life is that the greatest gift we can give ourselves and others is living our authenticity; we do this through learning self-compassion, reframing thoughts and beliefs, accepting our experiences, and consciously moving forward to heal. Compassion is key to healing. Hailee believes in an intuitive approach; learning to come back to your true self in a world that tells you to be anything but. She is an advocate for creating a safe space where you will be met with compassion on your healing journey. She believes that everyone is deserving of love, acceptance, peace, and growth on their journey of healing and would feel honored to work with you. Feeling heard, seen, valid, and building trust are the cornerstone of a client/therapist relationship. Empowering clients is the core of her beliefs, along with believing therapy should always be catered to individual client needs. She will always meet her clients where they are in a compassionate and validating space. Hailee has a passion for meeting new people, traveling, learning about different cultures, diversity, inclusion, and living by love. Her main goal in therapy is for you to learn self-love, healthy coping skills, process trauma and all emotions, and empower you to remember that authenticity is your purpose.
