Therapy can be a powerful space for healing, growth, and reconnection—and I’m here to help you access that. As a psychotherapist, I’m deeply committed to creating a space where you can be fully yourself—without fear of judgment. My approach is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and connection. I believe meaningful and lasting change happens within a therapeutic relationship built on trust, mutual respect, and empathy. Using a blend of insight-oriented techniques, body-centered work, and evidence-based practices like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-focused interventions, I help clients explore the deeper roots of their challenges while developing tools for everyday resilience. In our sessions, you can expect honest feedback, cultural sensitivity, practical guidance, emotional safety, and a collaborative partnership. My goal is to help you feel at ease from the moment we begin. Together, we’ll identify specific triggers, explore how they connect to your thoughts and behaviors, and work through unresolved emotions or early life experiences that may still influence you today. We’ll then build coping strategies that suit your needs and practice these new responses until they become second nature. I specialize in helping individuals reconnect with their sense of self, strengthen emotional resilience, and move through the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. I work well with adults navigating relationship challenges, identity concerns, loss, and the lingering impact of childhood wounds. My therapeutic style is especially effective in addressing the mind-body connection in trauma and helping clients access healing and growth through self-awareness and emotional integration. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Hebrew, and I bring cultural sensitivity to the forefront of my work—recognizing the importance of identity, language, and lived experience in the healing process. I’ve had the privilege of working across several of New York City’s leading healthcare institutions. My clinical experience includes roles at Bellevue Hospital’s Chemical Dependency Outpatient Clinic, Maimonides Medical Center’s outpatient psychiatric department, and the IVDU School, where I supported young adults with special needs. Most recently, at A Good Place Therapy, I provided both individual and group therapy for adults coping with trauma, loss, depression, and anxiety. My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hunter College and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work. I am licensed by the New York State Department of Education and have completed specialized training in DBT, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Compassion-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy. If you’re ready to begin a process of honest self-exploration and meaningful change, I’m here to support you with care, guidance, and steady partnership. Together, we’ll work to release what no longer serves you and build a life rooted in clarity, strength, and authenticity.
