Introduction

Client goals for therapy may include talking about your past, working through daily conflicts, regaining your identity or making plans for your future. Therapy is for YOU so you choose the conversation and speed that we work through things. I want you to leave therapy feeling lighter with new ideas to try in the next week! I especially enjoy working with women from teenagers to young women to mothers. Topics I cover include: friendship, family conflict, mental health (anxiety/depression/ADHD/trauma) and inner self work. Additionally, I have worked with all age ranges, polyamory people and the LGBTQ+ community. My trainings include childhood trauma as well as Perinatal Mood Disorders through Postpartum Support International. Additionally, my spouse was previously in the military therefore I understand the emotional impact of military life. My hours are 9am to 1:30pm Monday to Wednesday as well as Thursday mornings for in person or virtual sessions. I accept BCBS through my personal practice.
