I especially enjoy working with women from teenagers to young women to mothers. Topics I cover include: friendship, family conflict, mental health (anxiety/depression/ADHD/trauma) and inner self work. Additionally, I have worked with all age ranges, polyamory people and the LGBTQ+ community. My trainings include childhood trauma as well as Perinatal Mood Disorders through Postpartum Support International. Additionally, my spouse was previously in the military therefore I understand the emotional impact of military life. My hours are 9am to 1:30pm Monday to Wednesday as well as Thursday mornings for in person or virtual sessions. I accept BCBS through my personal practice.
