Introduction

Hi, I’m Hadiya, your mental health collaborator at Hey, You Need Therapy. I’m a licensed therapist who believes in real conversations, practical tools, and holding collaborative space, affirming, and rooted in your lived experience. I work exclusively online with adults aged 20 to 65 across Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. For those local to the area of North Georgia, I also offer walk and talk therapy as an option for clients who benefit from movement and nature during sessions I started my practice because I saw too many people, especially those navigating complex family systems, neurodivergence, trauma, or major life transitions, feeling unseen and unsupported in traditional therapy spaces. My style is warm, no-nonsense, and deeply respectful of your time, energy, and goals. I specialize in working with adults managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and high-functioning burnout. I also support creatives, professionals, and couples exploring identity, intimacy, and emotional regulation, especially when past wounds are still shaping present dynamics. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding your patterns, reclaiming your voice, and building sustainable strategies for change. We’ll work together at your pace, in your language, with your goals at the center. If we haven’t met in a while or you’re thinking about reaching out, consider this your invitation to connect. Let’s see what healing looks like for you, on your terms.
