I specialize in trauma-informed practices and focus on helping individuals in midlife and later seasons of life build meaningful connections with others and the world around them. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. For women seeking a supportive and nurturing community, I also offer a Women’s Empowerment Group. This group provides a safe space to explore self-worth, build confidence, set boundaries, and heal from past wounds using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Together, we work toward creating more fulfilling and empowered lives. Specialties include life transitions, trauma and PTSD, and relationship issues. I also work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, grief, parenting, racial identity, and women’s issues. I partner with adults and elders, working with individuals, couples, and families, and I am committed to serving Black and African American communities, single mothers, and those seeking a culturally sensitive and inclusive space.
