Reaching out to a therapist feels like the first time in a bathing suit after a long winter on the couch. Yes, it's scary, but it can also be transformative. Therapy is an Investment that can significantly change the path of your life. You may have tried therapy before and were disappointed or didn’t feel a connection. I strive to provide you access to the highest quality therapy as soon as possible. You deserve access to healing. My approach is holistic, collaborative and strength based. As a therapist, I am warm, open, encouraging & direct. My most important task for clients is that they use therapy as a tool to gain enough insight and coping skills to think, feel, and behave in such a way that feels genuine and authentic to them. The biggest healing factor in therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist! Because this relationship is so important, I offer 15-20 minute free consultations, in person, phone, or on-line, designed as sort of an interview for both of us. Rates are $150 per 55-minute session for individuals and $185 per 55-minute session for couples. Payment is due at the time of each session by credit card or an HSA/Flex spending account. If I do not accept your insurance, I am happy to support you in getting reimbursement from your insurance company for services. Many of my clients have a portion of their services paid for through their out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits, or is reimbursable through an HSA/FSA. Let's get started!
