I believe it is a privilege to partner with clients and help them navigate their lives. Whether they are struggling or are just ready to do things differently, they don’t have to do it alone. I enjoy meeting people where they are and providing a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings in order to understand their situation better. Using my expertise gained over 15 years of counseling, I am honest and compassionate which allows others to be truthful with themselves as they work toward greater self-awareness, growth and self-acceptance. I work with adolescents, adults, couples and families suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship problems and family conflict. I specialize in working with couples & marriages, particularly those suffering from infidelity, relationship problems, communication and trust and betrayal issues. I also work with adults who are struggling with intergenerational family trauma, self-esteem and self-worth issues. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy that incorporates a variety of methods to benefit the client. I am Level II certified in Gottman methods and use them in my work with couples. I am bilingual and can provide services in Spanish for people who are more comfortable emoting in Spanish. I look forward to working with you!
