Introduction

I utilize an integrative approach to psychotherapy. Integrative psychotherapy considers the many different aspects of human functioning. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health conditions and provide a supportive ground to individuals, families, and couples. The client’s needs, inclinations, spiritual beliefs, inspirations, purpose, goals, skills, age, and preferences guide the therapist on the best approach to therapy for each individual. My focus is to find what works for each client, empower their abilities, elicit personal growth, and help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I am an advocate for inclusion and diversity. I believe that being different is a gift. Diversity is more than checking a box of demographics on paper. From my perspective, diversity goes beyond what we see on the outside, the physical differences. It also includes how we define ourselves, our experiences, our stories, and our willingness to include others who may have a different perspective, background, or socioeconomic status. As we embrace our differences and celebrate our diversity, we can grow as individuals and society.
