I was born with a thirst to understand human suffering and how to alleviate this pain. This desire led me to study the psyche through yoga, meditation and psychotherapy. I have 25 years experience in combining both eastern and western techniques to understand the mind and how human beings can heal and grow. I devote my life to the internal pursuit of well being and am currently a psychoanalytic candidate in training. My mission is to share my knowledge and tools that I have acquired over the last 25 years with as many people that I can. I believe in helping people live to their true potential, and I would love to assist you in your journey of growth, healing, and awakening.
