My passion as a therapist is to help women achieve a healthy, fulfilling, and balanced life. I have vast experience with women's mental health from many years working at Massachusetts General Hospital. Specifically, working with women struggling with infertility, as well as those having difficulty coping, difficulty adjusting, and anxiety. Working within a Strengths Based Model and utilizing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness, we will work together to identify your strengths and develop and enhance your coping skills in order to improve your mental and physical well being and restore much needed balance to your life.
