Introduction

I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling and am a licensed therapist practicing in Massachusetts. In my private practice I provide individual counseling, parent coaching and consultation services, and serve as a consultant to independent schools. I utilizes a combination of different therapeutic modalities such as Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strengths-Based Relational Approach to therapy. I help clients and parents develop positive coping strategies to meet their goals and strives to provide an open, warm and positive environment in which clients can work toward their own personal-growth and development.
