I enjoy helping others work towards overall wellness and finding balance in each area of their life. I help clients identify negative thought patterns that might be contributing to anxiety or depressive symptoms. Additionally, I assist clients in holding boundaries and gain greater understanding into their relationships. Fun Fact: My favorite hobby is rock climbing and I enjoy helping others work through trauma from recreating.
