Change and transition are part of life. Sometimes we can all use a little support. Whether it's a sudden change (such as an acute loss) or the many transitions of life, therapy can be one setting in which to find safety and manage life's challenges. I have experience working with issues of grief, adolescent development, life transitions (divorce, career issues, family transition), anxiety and depression, and substance abuse. I draw upon rich experience as a hospice social worker. I have also have experience as a substance abuse therapist for adults and youth. I hold a Masters in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College. I am an Episcopal Priest and have been ordained since 2002. I have served with youth, college students, and within parish settings. I bring extensive expertise to organizations and individuals seeking help as they navigate conflict and/or change.
