I am an experienced licensed therapist and earned a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have completed all California Board of Psychology required doctoral training, seeking additional licensure as a Clinical Psychologist. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, and a Certified Substance Use Disorders Specialist, for both alcohol and drugs. I have been practicing for over three decades, consider myself a generalist, but have a preference for Evidence Based Treatments and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. That said, I am eclectic when such an approach is preferred. Eclectic simply means, "do what works for the client". I always meet the client's needs first. So, no one size fits all approaches. I am compassionate, personable, and direct. I coach individuals, couples, and families, on their journey, wherever that may take them.
