Introduction

Hello and welcome to my page. Embarking on a therapeutic journey takes courage, and I commend you for considering it. Life can be difficult and finding a therapist you can trust can often be helpful. I have a passion for helping individuals like you navigate those challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I tailor my therapeutic techniques to suit your individual needs. FOR ADULTS & COUPLES - We all experience periods in our lives when we struggle. It’s part of the human condition. Many of us hope that time will ultimately heal us or things will eventually change. When they don’t, we become lost and, in many cases, don’t know what to do next. That’s where therapy can help. I understand that coming to therapy can be difficult. I work with my clients to establish trust by creating a non-judgmental and empathic environment that fosters healing, growth, and self-awareness. We will work collaboratively to identify treatment goals and incorporate tools so you can begin to experience change and improvement in your overall well-being. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change and I'm committed to supporting you in reaching your full potential. FOR TEENS - At River Counseling, we recognize the unique challenges and stressors that teens face during adolescence. I am dedicated to providing a supportive and confidential space for teens to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences and develop the skills needed to thrive during adolescence and beyond. Specializing in Teen Mental Health (13+): • Anxiety & Depression • Stress & Pressure • Family Issues • Identity & Self-Exploration • Self-Esteem • Substance Use FOR MEN ONLY - As a male therapist, I know that asking for help is tough. Our beliefs around personal struggle are complex. As men, we've been taught to handle things on our own—to push through, stay strong, and not let anyone see the cracks. Asking for help feels like weakness or failure, but deep down, you know something isn’t working. Maybe you're carrying shame, insecurity, anger, or negative self-beliefs. We'll work together to understand the origins of these beliefs and improve your wellbeing. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding yourself in a way that frees you from the patterns holding you back. You don’t have to do this alone. I'm here to help! Additional Services: Sober Curious Group - January, 2025 (GROUP FULL) 6 evening Sessions (1/wk) Spring Group now open for registration. Don't miss out on this opportunity. This closed group offers a supportive and private space for adults to explore their relationship with alcohol. In a warm, non-judgmental environment, participants are invited to reflect on their drinking habits, share experiences, and discuss their journey toward mindful choices regarding alcohol use. Whether you're considering reducing your intake or simply curious about a sober lifestyle, this group encourages open, honest conversation while respecting your personal journey. Together, we'll explore the emotional, social, and psychological aspects of alcohol use, empowering you to make decisions that feel right for you. Call or email for specific dates and enrollment. ***Search Greg Rothschild on PsychologyToday.com for more information***
