Introduction

I'm a therapist specializing in couples therapy and individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, and church wounds. I help clients make sense of emotional pain, rebuild connection, and move toward healing in their relationships, faith, and inner world. I'm trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), using attachment-based, trauma-informed care to help you reconnect with what matters most. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFIT), a trauma-informed, attachment-based model for individuals and couples, as well as ACT, which helps clients engage with their values in the face of pain. My work integrates emotional processing with practical tools for change, and I offer space for clients to explore their faith as they desire. As a Christian therapist in Chattanooga, I welcome clients who want to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process but I also work with people of all backgrounds and beliefs. Whether you're looking for Christian counseling, couples therapy, or individual therapy for anxiety, depression, or trauma, I'm here to help you move towards healing.
