She has been licensed as a clinician since 2017 and is a National Association of Social Workers member. She earned her master's degree in social work from Barry University and has worked with various populations in inpatient and outpatient settings for nine years. She has worked in substance abuse, migrant, and refugee welfare programs, helping individuals and families successfully transition into their communities. While she has enjoyed each experience, Grace has found her passion is working with people in a therapeutic setting. Grace has experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families and has successfully helped clients work through problems related to trauma, sexual identity, attachment, interpersonal conflict, anxiety, and depression. Grace utilizes an integrative approach, drawing knowledge from various modalities like Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and the Holistic Arts to help her clients meet their needs, and she encourages clients to be active participants in the change process. Grace is a multicultural clinician of Latin descent and is fluent in Spanish. She welcomes clients from all walks of life, including BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ individuals.
