Introduction

Welcome! 👋 If you're struggling on something with your life, we can overcome it together. If you simply just want someone to listen and talk to, I am here for you. You are not alone. My goal is to guide clients to determine why they are experiencing their life challenges, develop goals, and actions to resolve issues. I provide life changing support & guidance to overcome outstanding life situations, collaborate assessment, and maintain treatment. I work with clients to treat ranges of psychological concerns including, but not limited to domestic abuse/violence, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation/harm. During our session, we will aim to identify and address the root causes, rather than just treating symptoms. This often involves looking beyond the physical body and considering lifestyle, environmental, emotional, and spiritual factors. I use Integrative and Holistic Therapy in my practice. My approach to my client's mental health is to consider and treat individuals as a whole, taking into account the mind, body, and spirit. These non-traditional methods usually include a comprehensive model to improve your mental health and overall well being. Empowering my clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Congratulations on taking the time to get to know yourself better by going to therapy. You are taking the steps necessary to make profound and important changes in your life. Don’t forget to give yourself credit for what a big deal that really is.
