Specialties: Relationship Issues, Life Transitions, Anxiety, Depression

Introduction

I believe therapy should be a normal part of life and accessible to all. We all experience challenges and need help from time to time. Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health. My role in therapy is a coach, consultant and collaborator. It is important to build on your strengths because it enables you to change from a place of empowerment. As I see it, the goal of counseling is to gain insight through reflection, and to build concrete skills so that when future challenges arise, you are better prepared. I help people with depression, anxiety, stress, and life challenges. I believe in the power of self-compassion and mindfulness to reduce suffering in our lives. I love working on dating and relationship issues from an attachment lens. I can help you heal regrets, or other distressing memories using Lifespan Integration. We all need support sometimes. I'm here for you. Please reach out if you think we might be a good fit. I look forward to getting to know you!
