Introduction

Tired of ending up with someone avoidant, abusive, or narcissistic? Struggling with trust, fear of abandonment, and difficulty forming close relationships could be signs of attachment trauma. This type of trauma affects how we connect with others and can have lasting effects on our mental health. If you’ve experienced childhood trauma and have a history of toxic relationships, know that you’re not alone. Sometimes we start by getting you out of a toxic relationship and getting through the breakup. From there, we’ll do damage control by creating healthier boundaries, support systems, and safety. Meanwhile, I’ll be working with you to learn emotion regulation and interpersonal skills to help you grow your self-confidence to manage a healthier life. Healing unresolved trauma takes a big leap of trust. Ask me how I know?…I’ve walked in your shoes. You can heal and it starts with you finally saying no to them and yes to yourself. I’ll be with you every step of the way.
