Thank you for being here! You have taken the hardest step— being curious about possibilities. I provide Emotionally Focused Therapy for adult individuals (18+), couples, and families. I help clients to better understand their attachment styles and relationship issues. I also support clients through cultural identity exploration, intergenerational trauma, and gender identity.
