Hello, my name is Grace from Resilient Roots Therapy and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to greater well-being and inner peace. I believe in utilizing a strengths-based approach to empower my clients to work towards achieving their therapeutic goals and find success and growth in their personal lives.I have experience working with a diverse population of clientele and I’m trained in several different psychotherapy modalities, including but not limited to Brain Spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT).
