Introduction

I’m a Utah based LCSW that specializes in treating trauma, maternal mental health, and OCD. I love what I do and feel that my clients have been my greatest teachers in life. I care about providing therapy that helps you feel better, not just function better. So often I’ve seen people spend years in treatment learning to cope and accomplish but never get to the root of the issue. I don’t just want to help you perform, I want you to experience peace. I utilize a variety of evidence based treatments including EMDR, IFS, ERP, CBT, and other therapies. I also offer EMDR intensives to treat both trauma and OCD. I've also been published several times on topics like trauma treatment, de-escalation, and infertility in Fostering Families Today, an award winning magazine.
