Meet Dina Cundiff, LMHC Founder, No Stones Thrown Counseling Services, Inc. Dina Cundiff, LMHC, is a proud native of Roxbury by way of Dorchester, Massachusetts. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, she brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex mental health diagnoses including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma related conditions. Dina takes a compassionate, community centered approach to treatment creating safe, judgment free spaces where clients are empowered to heal, grow, and thrive. A graduate of Roxbury Community College, UMass Boston, and Cambridge College, Dina’s clinical work is deeply informed by her lived experience and commitment to serving marginalized communities. In addition to private practice, she is a passionate advocate for the autism community, known for organizing inclusive sensory friendly events and programs that promote connection, social-emotional learning, and family support. Through No Stones Thrown Counseling Services, Dina continues to bridge the gap between mental health care and community engagement helping individuals feel seen, supported, and never judged.
