Introduction

I am a dedicated psychologist with two decades of experience in providing psychotherapy and evaluations for adults, adolescents, and couples. My style of therapy combines cognitive behavioral (CBT) and acceptance and commitment (ACT) approaches; learning to be in the present, accept yourself and your experiences, and following your values to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, and relationship concerns. I am a native of the Miami area, fluent in Spanish, and I also specialize in incorporating cultural and diversity issues into my practice. I also have expertise in psychological evaluation, psychoeducational testing, health assessments such as pre-bariatric surgery evaluations, and forensic evaluations whether court mandated or referred by legal professionals.
