Gloria Choi is a warm and dedicated talk therapist who has been working in mental health for 20+ years. She is down to earth and solution focused—she’ll help you identify a goal and work with you step by step to achieve it. Gloria has intensive training in dialectical (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), self psychology, motivational interviewing and stages of change, and somatic (body-based) psychotherapy. Gloria received formal education in psychology (at both Vassar College and New York University) and has worked in clinical and managerial roles in mental health for over 20 years. She specializes in work with depression, anxiety, trauma and acculturation issues.
