I identify as a queer cis woman and I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals. I’m passionate about working with the queer community and honoring the inherent strengths and opportunities that exist across variations of gender, sexuality, and relationships. I primarily draw on mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Therapy is hard work, and I’ll challenge you, but I also believe it can be fun.
