Introduction

As a Counselor in Practice just shy of 12 years, I work primarily with Women going through various life transitions, trauma, grief, recovery from toxic relationships, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, high stress careers, women's health issues (ex. PCOS, Infertility,) and finding themselves. I also work with Women & Couples going through traumatic grief of Neo-Natal & Infant loss. My approach with you on your journey is by using compassion and honesty. I use a blend of person-centered approach, focusing on awareness, cognitive behavioral, focusing on your strengths (and yes you have strengths!). I am offering in-person and telehealth sessions for your convenience. My license allows to have sessions with any client that lives or is documented to live in the state of Texas.
