Introduction

Hi, my name is Gina Wilkins. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor in the state of New Jersey and received my MEd. in Mental Health Counseling from William Paterson University. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and can achieve your goals with the right tools and guidance. I use compassion, humor and honesty as the basis for each session so that, together, we can explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe and comforting environment. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship issues, trauma, and increased stress. Techniques I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness Counseling among others.
