Introduction

My goal as your therapist is to provide the best service I can through a personally tailored approach. I’ve had the privilege of working with people ages 3 to 105. I have helped people navigate the various stages of life to improve their overall mental health. I am a strong believer in meeting those I serve where they are. Whether you are experiencing loss, crisis, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, a life transition, parent-child challenges, family conflict, or need a sounding board, I am here to be a support. I am licensed psychotherapist in New York, Florida, and Ohio. I am also a Certified Wellness Counselor and a Board Certified Telehealth Professional. I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have helped adults, children, couples, teens, older adults, and families navigating difficult situations, improve relationships, and thrive. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, narrative therapy, stress management, family therapy, couples therapy, mood management, anxiety reduction, empowerment techniques, and work/life balance interventions. Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better outcomes. Thriving instead of just surviving. It is an honor to be a support to you.
