Introduction

Feeling stuck by past hurts and relationship problems that seem to be never-ending? Are you feeling held back from the life you were meant to live? Are you trying to overcome trauma and can’t seem to get past the overwhelm of it? I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life get unstuck from past hurts. I know from personal and professional experience that pain from past hurts, whether from interpersonal issues, childhood events, military trauma, or single-event trauma, can affect every area of our lives and hold us back from the lives we were meant to live. Using a compassionate, person-centered approach, we will work together to design a plan forward to help you get unstuck from the things that are holding you back so that you can live the life you were meant to live. I can help you learn to manage your emotional dysregulation, make sense out of the chaos, and empower you to overcome your past hurts. These same situations and hurts can get us stuck in destructive patterns in our couple relationships, too. Using a similar approach that addresses the complex issues of each particular couple, I can help you understand and change the patterns you have developed so that you can love more deeply and feel loved and valued in return.
