Welcome! I am a warm and compassionate mental health therapist who is looking to support you with a variety of life's challenges. I treat clients struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use/abuse, recovery, trauma, and self esteem. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities in order to offer you different perspectives and skills. I also draw on mindfulness interventions to help you live a more present and authentic life.
