Introduction

My goal is to provide a place to start. I strive to create a safe, open environment, offering talk therapy that is solution focused, and starts wherever the client is in their journey. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with experience in both mental health and substance use disorder treatment. My practice approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy and a client centered approach. In this current climate I believe having someone to speak to is needed. Whether it's with finding a balance between work and home, education and family. We all need support during these trying times. Please be advised at this time I have very limited availability: Mid day appointments, unfortunately no appointments after 4pm.
