George Calasa has been providing counseling and psychotherapy services to a wide range of individuals, couples, and groups since 2015. He has worked in various treatment settings, including acute inpatient care, chemical dependency/dual diagnosis programs, residential treatment centers (RTC), partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and private practice. George applies an eclectic theoretical framework and embraces a person-centered approach. He holds licenses to provide telehealth services in California, Nevada, and Idaho. George offers Christian-based counseling upon request. Shany Kull, Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee, joined MMC bringing with her nine years of joint experience in education and the helping profession. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Life Pacific University and is on track to complete her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University in December 2024. Shany has had the privilege of working with esteemed mental health providers in Ventura County in various capacities. Shany helps adults, new mothers, and couples with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, postpartum depression, and relationship issues. In her free time, Shany loves spending quality time with her family.
