Introduction

It's not too difficult to get the skeletons out of the closet with people, but to get the gold out is a different matter. That is therapy. I help individuals and couples experience life-changing results. Devote more than 30 years of near-daily focus to always learning, continuously improving, and passionately doing something really well, and as you might guess, you'll probably end up doing it pretty dang well. I am grateful for the large number of persons who have trusted my help over the years, but I am most grateful for the opportunities afforded me to play a small part in making lasting differences in their lives. My approach? Warm + caring + genuine + optimistic + Competent. To the greatest extent possible, I use methods that have been proven by scientific research to be effective for various client problems. Working together, there is hope. Really. It can get better.
