Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to assisting adults, children, and families coping with anxiety, depression, career/school struggles, relationship issues and other life challenges. Additionally, I offer specialized treatment and support to individuals during pregnancy, parenthood, and those coping with infertility and loss. I value collaboration and will work closely with you to set and achieve your therapeutic goals. My approach is client-centered and integrates evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs and strengths. I draw from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and mindfulness. I aim to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space to empower my clients to overcome obstacles and realize their potential for growth and change.
