Introduction

LPC Associate as Supervised by Mónica L. Solís-Hoefl, LPC-S, NCC, MS. Have you had a hard time finding a therapist you connect with? Do you feel alone in your anxiety, depression, ADHD or bipolar disorder? Maybe you have had a therapist before, but they just nodded. Nothing got better. They weren't relatable. I specialize serving those suffering with these issues, as well as supporting LGBTQIA+ community. I deliver cutting edge, evidence-based treatments, for mood and anxiety disorders. All while providing unconditional empathy from a position of nonjudgement. As a therapist, I understand the importance of you determining your own goals for treatment. Rather than a cookie cutter approach, we will design your treatment plan together. This is your journey. All of this while remaining focused on keeping steady, measurable progress toward your personal and therapeutic goals. All while acknowledging the strengths you already have that have helped you survive and accomplish everything you have up until today. Reaching out may seem overwhelming. Maybe you have called multiple therapists with no response. My administrative staff is responsive and welcoming. That is because we respect the effort it takes you to make that first call. Getting started is intentionally simple. Evening sessions are available to make therapy accessible to everyone.
