Introduction

Most of my clients are at a critical juncture in thier lives or in the midst of a crisis. I am focused on helping you safely get through the crisis and teaching you skills to help you cope. I want you to understand the way your mind works so you feel more in control of your emotions and can improve the way you cope with challenges in the future. Although we will address the role of past trauma in your current crisis, we will not be processing past trauma or trying to heal wounds caused in childhoood. There is a place for that once you are stabalized and know how to manage strong emotions which can be brought up in that type of long-term therapy.
