Welcome! Working with children and their families, helping to guide them through the tough years is one of my passions. Parenting isn't easy and being an adolescent and learning how to navigate life can be tough. Let's alleviate some of that stress by finding ways to manage it. I work with adults who are experiencing depression and/or anxiety or difficulty getting through the day to day. By changing the way we view life, social interactions and stressors we are able to change how they affect us and in turn, how we feel. Stress is a normal human condition. How you allow it to affect your day to day life is up to you. I believe that talk therapy is one of the best ways to get through the many challenges that life throws at us. Discussing the issues you are facing can help you work through them effectively, and for your lifetime. I use a cognitive behavioral approach, asking my clients to connect how their thoughts affect their feelings and actions.
