Hello, hello, hello! My position as a psychotherapist is to help you become a better version of you, and if you'll let me, I can help you find out better what that could mean. As a therapist, it will never be my place to tell you what to do, how to think or how to feel. My role is to help you figure out what YOU want to do, how YOU think (and want to think) and how YOU feel (and how you WANT to feel). What YOU want for yourself is precisely what I want for you. My approach would be best described as laid back, fun-loving, incredibly warm, kind and validating. Think: Ted Lasso meets Luna Lovegood (from the Harry Potter series). We will focus on how your thoughts/feelings/actions intermingle and I’ll help you make sense of it all. Guided by my mantra: Slow Down, Choose Love, Be Present; we will explore ways to find magic in your life, today and tomorrow. Finding the right fit can be tough. Let me help make it a little less painless.
