Introduction

Many folks who contact me want a steady, relaxed and confidential place to improve their relationship, process past emotional experiences, feel less "stuck", grieve a loss, or even build skills to manage anxiety and depression. We all have unique strengths as well as unique challenges, and both are a focus in therapy with me. Finding "The Right Fit" in a therapist is so important, whether that is with me or someone else. It is my goal to provide a space that is non-judgmental, attuned to your needs, engaging and genuinely empathetic. My ideal client is ready to practice doing "Small Things Often" and wants to work towards personal growth. I am a trauma specialist and couples specialist as well as work with general mental health concerns. I am EMDR-trained and EFT-trained, having completed an EFT externship and I am also Gottman-trained and have completed the Level 3 Practicum Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am also an approved supervisor in Nevada for secondary clinical supervision. My business hour are Monday through Friday, 12:00PM-6:00PM.
