Introduction

For me, one of the biggest gifts in my life is having the privilege to be let into people's inner worlds. My style is casual and humanistic, and I believe that being able to feel 'seen' is one of the best gifts you can give someone. Through kindness, my goal is to shine a light on parts that need tending, and gently guide you through the process of accessing your own tools, while developing new ones, to heal. Viktor Frankl states “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.” I am drawn to this quote for a lot of reasons, but mainly because it is an invitation for you to slow down, find your true self, and to begin to regain your power. I like to help people through this process. Let's work together to create space within your life. On a personal note, I love practicing yoga, hiking, and running. I live with my husband and three pups in Ann Arbor, MI.
