Welcome - I'm so glad you're here! Are you looking to feel freed up from anxious and self-deprecating thought patterns? Do you want to improve your relationship with yourself? Are you hoping to live a more empowered life and make room for the fullness of all that makes you, you? If any of this seems to ring true to you, welcome! It is my privilege to join individuals in their cultivation of flourishing by supporting the navigation of challenges and stuck points, in addition to celebrating your wins and leaning into opportunities for pride. My approach to therapy is grounded in the principles of psychodynamic, interpersonal, and feminist theories. My practice centers on the utility of self-compassion and self-defined empowerment, which I believe to be valuable tools to traverse concerns like trauma, anxiousness, self-worth, depression, identity development, and invalidating interpersonal histories. Additionally, I have extensive experience and feel passionate about working alongside clients who are educators, women in STEM, those pursuing higher education, and entrepreneurs.
