Introduction

I specialize in working with clients struggling with ADD/ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship issues and substance abuse. I am also neurodivergent affirming & LGBTQ+ affirming. I utilize evidence-based approaches with an individualized focus to help clients achieve their goals. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I feel so passionate about helping my clients reach their goals in order to live the life they desire. It's an honor to observe both the healing and growth that occurs during the process of therapy.
