I am passionate about helping individuals and families reach their goals and believe that a collaborative therapeutic relationship is an effective way to achieve personal growth. After listening to your challenges and strengths, we will develop together a path to healing, designed for you. My extensive experience is working with adults, young adults and teens in the areas of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, challenging family dynamics, and navigating stress and transitions. Together we will use a variety of modalities including psychodynamic work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and narrative therapy tools. My counseling style is dynamic, affirming, curious, and empathic. I am a graduate of the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College with an MSW and also received post-graduate training at the Family Institute, specializing in mental health with individuals and families. I look forward to meeting you soon!
