Introduction

I work with a wide range of clients dealing with issues related to life transitions, relationship problems, young adult issues, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, and more. I can help you make and maintain the changes you are striving for, explore your goals, build a commitment to your future, and take the power back in your life. I believe that every day is an opportunity to work towards creating a life worth living, whatever that means to you. My approaches center around techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My priorities are on collaboration, transparency, and humor to promote insight and change. No matter how small, deciding you're ready to make a change is a big deal. Change is difficult, and I view therapy as a unique opportunity to gain understanding, insight, and direction to help you take steps toward building the life you want to live!
