I am a licensed Social Worker (LMSW) offering services to children, adolescents and adults. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with trauma, substance abuse disorders, domestic violence, sexual abuse/ assault, variety of mental health disorders and addressing everyday life challenges I meet my clients goals through the use of evidence-based treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing ( MI) , Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused Therapy and also trained in EMDR therapy for trauma. I take a very human-to-human approach with my clients. I want my clients to feel comfortable and treasure the importance of building a healthy and secure therapeutic relationship, “ I work for you !”. I approach my clients with empathy, validation and unconditional support with the goal of overcoming whatever obstacles my clients are faced with.
