I am a bilingual (Spanish-English) licensed social worker certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Grief Counseling (CGP) and trained in EMDR Therapy. I has many years of experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and trauma history. I am also trained in Perinatal Mental Health and have a passion for therapeutic work with women of all ages. I have a warm, empathetic, and gentle approach to engaging individuals in treatment.
