Introduction

My name is Gabby Torras, and I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in Emerging Adulthood, Young adults, Migration, Career-related stress, LGBTQ community, Infertility issues and Sexual Abuse. I have plenty of experiences working with individuals in topics around divorce, sexuality, infidelity and life transitions. I have a background in Psychoanalytic therapy and Psychoanalysis, which help me to understand and work on a deep level of the emotions. Our experience working together will include an in-depth exploration of thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors in order to provide you with a full understanding of why they occur and how to regulate them to change. Always remember that you deserve the life of your dreams, and it is possible to change your current trajectory and escape the route you are stuck in.
