I am a caring and empathetic person who has a heart for helping people reach their full potential. As a therapist, I seek to work collaboratively with clients in establishing treatment goals. My hope is that clients will learn new and healthier ways of living and gain a greater ability to treat both themselves and others with compassion. My areas of special clinical interest include working with LGBTQIA+ clients, open and polyamorous relationships/non-traditional relationships, couple conflict, sex therapy, existential and spiritual distress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I practice an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy that blends philosophy with psychology. If you’re ready to have deep conversations about what it means to be a human being living your life in today’s world, I’m the therapist for you. I welcome the opportunity to work with everyone, especially those with the desire and motivation to change.
